SIUC Lawsuit
You'd think given the questions that have arisen in the past about the awarding of contracts by SIUC, they would make sure that all building contracts had i's dotted and t's crossed. but apparently not.
The suit is against the state of Illinois with a trial set in Springfield. The decision to bounce K&S may have been made by the state's Capital Development Board and not by anyone at SIUC.
