One of the topics at tonights city council meeting is the best way for the city to spend a $7.8 million grand fromthe federal government for COVID relief. Money could help with COVID related health emergencies or with the negative economic impact on individuals, small busineses and organizations. As a federal grant, it likely comest with spending guidelines but still, $7.8 million injected into the city's economy would help a lot.
