Splash Park Projections
Thanks to a reader of the blog, here are the Carbondale Park District's projected revenues and expenses for the proposed Splash Park. No indication as to the source of the projected revenues.
The number of visits should peak the first couple of years. The norm is that you break even, until the maintenance starts, then you are on a slippery slope. They call for $15k a year for maintenance. It doesn't seem like enough to me, wonder if it is?
