It looks as if the community garden at the corner of Washington and Jackson has been removed. From what I understand, it was used as a toilet with human feces found there regularly, along with drug paraphernalia and the volunteers who had started the garden were no longer able to maintain it.
Another sad example of Carbondale's decline. Perhaps Donald should bypass Chicago and concentrate on Carbondale?
