Happened to notice a sign for the "Island Convenience Mart" on the ground floor of the Island building at 715. S. University. No idea what they will be carrying but certainly would be handy for people living in the new Evolve apartment complex or the surrounding area to have a place to pick up toiletries and similar items without having to head to either the east or west side of town.
