Appears someone is upping the musical ante at the town square or the city has decided to forego classical music for the nonce in favor of Halloween themed music from the Loudspeakers. Just heard Thriller playing from a block away but not sure if the city did it or one of the hangers-on at the square decided to bring their own music source.
