ReplyDeleteOwner tried to open the business without first understanding the state regulations and business requirements. Regulations, business plan, etc should be the first thing to consider in terms of understanding if your business is a feasible but they seemed to jump ahead to designing their logo and facebook page and completely ignored the required insurance step.
It's my understanding they are having a very difficult time getting the needed insurance. Perhaps they can figure out a way to make the numbers work and get insurance but it would likely be so expensive it would make the idea dead on arrival.
Hence the non movement.
