Once again, the city blocked off S. Glenview for Trick or treating on Halloween and the trick or treaters probably appreciated it. Estimates are that at least 1200 kids roamed the streets in the area seeking out candy. Some residents figured they spend about $250-$300 per year on treats for the kids.
