Well, that is a first for Carbondale and SIUC, although likely not one which they appreciate. I do not think the federal authorities have investigated anyone at SIUC since the early 1980s.

We must also remember that they are going after the Chinese now as they targeted Muslims 5 years ago, especially as the Mainland is going to surpass the USA in education and economics.
