COVID -19 Rates

COVID 19 infection rates have declined sharply for the past month or so but are starting to uptick again, about 2% or so the past week. It appears people and governments, with the declining rates, are getting a bit confident that the trend will continue and relaxing  masking and social distancing as we did last summer, which led to a large increase in cases in the fall.
