Fujiyama got cited by the city 8 times for seating people inside in violation of COVID restrictions, Don Sol got 2 citations and Sergio's 5. There was, I believe, a $700 fine for each violation. City council tonight voted to waive the fines and just charge the restaurants $300 each in court costs. Loos and Bradshaw voted in opposition to this, the other council members voted in favor. Meanwhile The Door on S. Illinois keeps merrily meeting maskless.
