Looks as if someone is running a Haunted House on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Elks Lodge on North University. Windows have Halloween themes painted on them and "ghosts" hang in the third floor windows. Sign in the window says $11 donation to charity. Not sure what hours are. Looks like Thursday Friday and Saturday 4 p.m.-?
