Looks like most of the Halloween events the city or other organizations have sponsored in past years have either been cancelled or moved online, as well as they can. Mildly bemused that the pre release says the city will "allow" trick or treating. When you think about it, Halloween is the perfect epidemic holiday. Everyone wears masks (yes I know Halloween masks do not stop the virus), runs around outside in small groups and gets individually wrapped pieces of food.
