Looks as if Walnut is torn up for resurfacing all the way from Oakland to Lewis Lane. I realize it needs to be done but starting 2 weeks before classes start (we hope or don't, people seem of two differing views) at SIUC and reducing lane usage to one lane seems poor planning to me.
