Did certainly note this weekend that the students are back in town. Saw a number of new faces and talked with several dozen new students, many of which were transfers from other schools but a few were freshmen starting off at SIUC. Had one student who said he came from Connecticut but came to Carbondale because the program he wanted was offered here.
