West Sycamore

Finally figured out why West Sycamore has been torn up for a few months. Looks as if the city is replacing older water mains and drains with non-corrosive PVC pipe. They did this along North Springer last year and ripped up the street for a couple of months but got it back to normal fairly quickly. If the same happens along West Sycamore, I would expect the street back to normal by late April
