Who knew? 33 registered sex offenders living in Carbondale. The police department just checked on them all and only one was found non-compliant, a Mr. Corey Allen who is now wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.

One of the "Illinois Child Sex Offenders" (at least one) was convicted of sex with a 17-year-old. Not exactly what I would call a "child".
