 For those interested in the history of Southern Illinois, especially its gangster era, SIUC has put together an interactive 4 module series based on the book and podcast A Knight of Another Sort:  Charlie Birger and Prohibiition Days in Southern Illinois. Especially designed for middle school and up teachers who want to introduce their students to a unique part of southern Illinois History.
