Although it has been open since August, Tandoor and Tadka will have its ribbon cutting this Thursday at 11 :30 . Although not as two decades ago, SIUC and Carbondale still has a sizable population of residents and students of Indian descent. We have one good Indian restaurant, Bombay Olive, already and another one in a different part of town is welcome.
