Looks as if Phoenix Cycles is still open but only has about 2 dozen bikes left in stock. I have heard that instead of closing, the business will move cattycorner across the stree to the location where Leather World is now. Leather World does have a "Closing Sale", whereas Phoenix Cycle just had a sale sign.
