In case you missed it, another hair salon has opened in Carbondale. Fringe: The Salon is located in the old Design Gallery space at 112 N. Illinois and advertises itself as Carbondale's first CHI and Biosilk exclusive salon, which I guess is a good thing. By my count, that makes at least 6 hair salons in the downtown area or more salons than bars.
