Heard that yet another Mexican restaurant will open in the 'dale soon. El Baquero will open next to the Royal Plaza Motel on the west side of town, within the next month or so. That makes, by my count, 8 Mexican or Tex/Mex places in town (9 if you count Taco Bell).
