Harold's Chicken has been closed for a few months but the reopening will take place at noon on Sept . 20 . Given the amount of excitment the chain generated when it opened in Carbondale, I was rather suprised to see it close so quickly. Heard there were staffing problems but that is second hand. Anyway, glad to see them opening again.
