Ground Breaking

Was wondering why I saw carts and a crowd of people at the Amtrak station today.  Broke ground for the new multi-modal transit station with about 20 people in hard hats awkwardly holding shovels and turning the first dirt (excluding that already moved by the earth moving equiptment) for the project. Scheduled for completion in December of 2024, probably before completion of the Washinton Street Entertainment Venue.
