Alleys

Contacted the city to see about getting "One Way" signs put up to try to smooth the flow of traffic in the alleys north of Marion and between Illinois and University. Found out that all city owned and maintained alleyways are two way, even though there is only enough room in them for one vehicle at a time. Private alleys may regulate the direction of traffic but I am not certain as to how to tell which are city alleys and which are privately owned ones.
