Traxx For Sale

Looks as if Traxx will not be reopening, at least under that name. The building, with the downstairs bar and upstairs retail locations, is for sale.  Asking price $849,000. Three of the four upstairs locations currently have tenants although the barber shop does not appear to have been opened for a month or so.
