As reports of COVID-19 increase again, cell phone tracking is showing people once again avoiding restaurants and other consumer businesses, especially in states like Florida, where the virus is surging. Open Table showed similar movement back in March, when customers slowed down their visits and reservations at restaurants prior to the late march shutdown.
