Trick Or Treat Rescheduled

Due to the likelihood of rain tomorrow night, Carbondale has rescheduled the hours for officially sanctioned trick or treating for Tuesday night from 5 to 8. Wonder if the Pumpkin Patrol will arrest kids out collecting candy tomorrow night as well.
