New York & Company
Looks like things come in threes again. Got an email from reader LS saying that New York and Co. at University Mall has large signs in its windows announcing "Store Closing" and "50% Off" and about half the store is empty already. Employees aren't sure as to why it's shutting down, other than to say it's a "corporate decision.". They last time I walked by there, I was surprised by how little stock the place had at the time.

I am sooooo dissapointed they are closing. Most of the inventory they have in the store is junk shipped in from othe stores that didn't sell. The 50% really isn't a good deal either. They have some capri pants that I bought in there in July. I bought them for $10 at the time. Now they are 50% off of there original price which is more that I paid.
ReplyDeleteThis was my favorite store to shop at. Does anyone know if the store in Cape Girardeau and Paducah are staying open?
