Given the current state of state finances and how they have impacted SIUC, it's not surprising to see that SIUC has set up a crowdfunding site for special projects on campus. Named Saluki Funder, there are a total of 10 projects listed on the site, 3 of which have already funded , 1 that failed to fund and 6 more still seeking funds, including the SIUC Food Pantry, which just launched a campaign
