Lewis Lane

 According to city plans, work is supposed to start on Lewis Lane, hopefully sometime this year, but I would be willing to bet it gets put off until after the multi modal transit system building gets completed. The plan for Lewis Lane is to reduce the width from 4 lanes to two and provide parking and a bike lane or two on the street.

Lewis Lane Roundabout 2

 From what I have read in other places, the city had planned to install a permanent roundabout at Lewis Lane but the design would require taking more ground space than is actulally available at the location, so the plans were shelved. The pop up roundabout is a test to see if a roundabout can be installed at the location that would take up a smaller footprint.
