Grand Opening

Grand opening of the new Goodwill location at 8:30 tomorrow morning. From the email sent by the Chamber of Commerce:


 Tomorrow 11/17 is the Grand Opening of the new Goodwill location!!! Join us at 8:50am for a Ribbon Cutting. The new Goodwill is located at 1445 E. Main Street in Carbondale. There will be giveaways, food, drinks and of course, shopping!

Staduim Grille and Goodwill

You can buy your own restaurant now as the old Stadium Grille building is officially on the market, asking price about $1.6 million.

Goodwill is finally making its move to a now location in the old Rex TV and Appliance Building at 1145 East Main.  Currently location closes November 11 and the new one opens Nov. 17.

Goodwill Moving

A blog reader informs me that Goodwill is moving out of their current location at 701 East Main, to the old Rex Electronics location further east on Main. Expect the moved to be completed by September.
