Six Lanes on 13?

I see State Senator Gary Forby is talking about using some of the money from the state's capital expenditures bill to expand Route 13 from 4 lanes to 6. If he does decide to push for that, I hope it's waaay down the list after much needed school upgrading and bridge repairs.
