The inimitable Dave Armstrong, host of WSIU's Sounds Like Radio, will host a soundwalk of the SIUC campus this Saturday, Oct. 23, starting from the north end of the Student Center. Expect the walk to take about an hour.
Edited to add the time: Starts at 10:30 a.m. Maybe if it goes well, Armstrong will host a nighttime Halloween soundwalk. That would be cool.

Sounds Interesting
Dave Armstrong, host of Sounds Like Radio on WSIU Sunday morning, will pull a double duty hosting gig this Sunday, July 18. To celebrate the first World Listening Day, Armstrong plans a special edition of Sounds Like Radio during the regular 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. time slot, then at 10:30 a.m., he will guide a Sunday Morning Soundwalk through some of the unique "sound environments" at SIUC. The walk is free, just meet at the north end of SIUC's Student Center by 10:30 a.m.
