Apparently Chancellor Lane is establishing partnership programs with other colleges, wherein SIUC faculty will go teach assorted courses at the partner college. Unfortunately communication is somewhat lacking as in at least two cases, no one told the appropriate college or department until the program had been established and at lest one of the programs has already folded due to no students signing up for the program at the partner college.
