Highways 13 and 51 are in very good shape, so much so that people are driving along them at normal or above normal speeds. Major side streets like Popular, Willow, Tower and Sycamore are in pretty good shape, though I did see evidence that a plow went up Poplar, plowed half a block on Syamore, then turned north onto Bridge. Strange.
Side streets generally have not seen a plow yet so drive carefully on them.
