Scoopz Ice Cream and More will host its grand opening tomorrow May 30th in the Grand Avenue Mall. Summer is a good time to open a new ice cream shop but since the shops at Grand Avenue mainly cater to students, most of which are gone for the summer, I don't know if the beginning of summer was the best time to open. Hope it works for them.
