10 Worst Places to Live in Illinois

Happily Carbondale did not make the list.  Benton, Salem and West Frankfort did, though. Rather surprised to not see Cairo on the list,  Carbondale doesn't make the list of top places to live in Illinois, either. That's Hinsdale.

    Worse than Cairo or E. St Louis? I find that hard to believe.

    East St. Louis is on the list but not Cairo. I agree, hard to believe.
