Looks as if Meant 2-B Tattoos (formerly Mike's Dragonmaster Tattoo's) at 217 West Main has finally given up the ghost. There's a big For Rent sign in the window. Looks as if the business never recovered from when the proprietor took a month off last year to go to Amsterdam.
