Looks like the liquor control commission is meeting this coming Tuesday at 7 p.m. Apparently no action to be taken on the sale of liquor and beer by grocery stores as the only item on the agenda is the approval of a couple of Fair Day liquor licenses for Carbondale Main Street's Art and Wine Fairs later this year. I'm getting the feeling the whole grocery store alcohol sale issue is going nowhere fast.
